Commissioners will be sent a rough draft, and they are free to ask for tweaks, fixes, and minor changes. Once approved, an invoice will be created.

All payments are made through Paypal invoice upon approval of the rough draft.

Partial payment can be requested, where only half of the payment is upfront and the remainder is paid once the commission is completed.

Full resolution files will not be delivered until payment is completed.

Commissions are non-refundable once payment is made, and work has proceeded past the rough draft unless the cancellation of a commission is initiated by the artist.

The commissioner has the right to post their commission to their own galleries and social media, however it is requested that commissioners do not publicly post full resolution images.

The commissioner does not have the right to use their commission for commercial purposes unless an agreement has been made in advance of any work or payment.

Commissioner(s) and all others DO NOT have the right to mint an NFT (non-fungible token) of their commission.

Commissioner(s) and all others DO NOT have the right to use their commission to train AI models of any kind.

The artist reserves the right to post the commission to their own galleries and social media.

The artist reserves the right to use commissioned works in future commercial projects including but not limited to art books, print sales, high resolution art packs, and personal advertising, unless an agreement has been made in advance of any work or payment.

The artist reserves the right to use rough drafts that are denied or scrapped as YCHs.

The artist reserves the right to deny requests for a commission for any reason.

First, rest assured that I will not judge you for requesting a particular type of content either in direct messages or publicly.

I do not draw scat, watersports, or underage characters.

I do not draw gore, but will draw blood.

I do not draw vore, but will draw maw stuff.

I do not draw non-fantasy military or police equipment/uniforms.

In an effort to respectfully represent different cultures, I would like to avoid explicit references to real world non-Western cultures where the commissioner has no direct relation to them. For example, I will draw your black and gold jackal character but I will avoid including ankhs or wedjats by using original symbols and iconography. I will draw your skull head monster but I will not refer to them as a wendigo and ask that you do not either when sharing my work.
